Booking Confirmation: To secure your stay at Costa Bela’s vacation rentals near the beach in Isabela, Puerto Rico, a valid credit card is required for reservation confirmation.
Payment Policy: Full payment is due at the time of booking. We accept major credit cards for payment, and all charges will be in USD.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date will receive a full refund. Cancellations made within 30 days of the arrival date will be subject to a cancellation fee.
Check-In and Check-Out: Check-in time is at 3:00 PM, and check-out time is at 11:00 AM. Late check-out may be available upon request, subject to availability and an additional fee.
Occupancy Limits: Each full apartment at Costa Bela has a maximum occupancy limit. Additional guests may be subject to an extra fee.
Damage and Security Deposit: A security deposit may be required upon check-in to cover any potential damages. This deposit will be refunded after a satisfactory inspection of the apartment at check-out.
Pet Policy: Costa Bela is a pet-friendly establishment, but prior approval and additional fees may apply. Please inquire about our pet policy when booking.
Liability: Costa Bela is not responsible for any injuries, accidents, or lost/stolen items during your stay. Guests are encouraged to obtain travel insurance.
House Rules: Guests are expected to adhere to our house rules, including quiet hours, no smoking, and respectful behavior toward fellow guests.
